Deegan will be 2 years old in March. He really just wants to be
loved. He will do best as a solo dog or with female dogs. He has
started to challenge our 7 year old male Rat Terrier but still just loves
and is submissive to our female Rat Terrier. Our female had puppies in
August and he was great with them! He loves kids but tends to get
excited and knock little ones over. His big tongue can be a bit much for
them. He knows how to heal, sit, stay, laydown, to 'get on his bed',
and is completely housebroken.
He is starting to challenge our 7 year old
rat terrier and it is becoming progressively worse. Also, he is starting
to show random aggression to other dogs and we go to the desert and
camp with others who bring their dogs and we can no longer trust him. 90%
ok with them but we never know. We also used to bring him to work, but
with people's fear of Pits, we were asked not to bring him anymore.
Now he stays home by himself because we can still bring our other dogs.
